Overview

The main objective of the program is to train and qualify halal food auditors and certification bodies, based on the Gulf Standardization Standard GSO 2055-2. The program aims to achieve detailed objectives that include explaining the accreditation requirements stipulated in the standard, identifying the documents and data necessary to prove compliance, and clarifying auditing principles and their applications. The training also includes understanding the various types of auditing and knowing the determinants of each type, in addition to implementing audit operations and taking the necessary corrective measures.

General goal
The program aims to train, qualify and develop the skills of auditors in the field of halal food (requirements and specifications), as well as bodies issuing halal certificates in accordance with the Gulf standard GSO 2055-2.
Detailed objectives of the training program
Explains the certification requirements contained in GSO 2055-2.
Identifies documentation and data to demonstrate compliance with all requirements and how to review them during the evaluation.
It mentions the principles of auditing and their applications to the auditing system.
Knows the different types of auditing and the determinants of each type.
Implementing a mechanism for the audit process and corrective actions.
