Course Description
There are important components involved in granting halal food certification, and these components are food safety audits during the processing, filling and packaging of halal food.
, storage and transportation, it is therefore essential that halal auditors master and understand the skills and techniques necessary to conduct an effective audit (according to ISO 19011). Food safety requirements (according to Technical Specification 22003 ST ISO) in accordance with the requirements of the Gulf Cooperation Council regarding certification bodies
Halal.


The general objective of the training program
Training and qualification of auditors in the field of halal auditing in accordance with Gulf Standard 2055-2:2015 GSO, ISO Standard
19011:2002 and mastering auditing techniques in accordance with the standard specification applied in auditing quality, environment and safety management systems


Detailed objectives of the training program

By participating in this training course, the trainee will be able to:

  1. To know auditing terminology.
  2. To explain the principles of auditing.
  3. To explain how to manage audit programs and stages.
  4. To write the final report form.
  5. To carry out auditing activities practically.
  6. To evaluate the efficiency of auditors.
  7. To classify halal product/service categories.
  8. To calculate the audit time.
