Description of the training program
One of the reasons for the success of companies and institutions is the work ethics and values that employees and customers have as well. It is very important to consolidate the values and the foundations of relationships between employees and managers in the workplace and with customers, and to be careful to follow behavioral models that ensure the success of the institution and its employees. This is done through the course of professional ethics and work values.
