Attendance Policy

Online attendance is equivalent to physical attendance.

Trainees must attend at least 75% of the total training hours.

Refund Policy

Refund request at least 48 hours before program: 80% refund (20% administrative fee).

Companies

Less than 48 hours or post-start: No refund.
Refund Processing Time:

Up to 14 business days for direct payments.

Up to 21 business days for installment service payments (e.g., Tabby/Tamara).
Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
