Communication Policy:
Trainers and trainees can communicate about all course content via open chat during the virtual classroom.
Trainers can also be contacted via email.
Rules and Etiquette for Communicating Through the Platform:
Proper language must be used, free of errors, during written communication.
Tactful language and vocabulary must be used.
Different opinions must be considered.
Files must be named to reflect their content, if attached, and the trainee's name.
Written communication must be appropriate, using the person's first and last name.
Messages must be concise and include an appropriate title that clearly articulates their content.
In the event of a violation of the rules and etiquette of communication, the platform reserves the right to delete or block any user's participation in the event of a breach of any of the stated rules of use, and to delete the user's account in the event of any other account being hacked or identity impersonation.
Method of Communication:
Trainees can communicate with the trainer via the course discussion forum or with the center in general via the affiliated websites and programs shown in the image.

To access course content and attend training sessions
First: Create an Account
Steps to create an account:
Click the Login icon
Enter your email address
A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered...
Enter your name, ID number, mobile number, and full name in English in the Personal Information field
From the home page, browse the available courses and programs.
Select the course you want to enroll in.
Register for the course using the "Add to Cart" icon.
You will be redirected to the course content and sections page, navigate to the lessons, and complete the activities and assignments.
Second: Attend Synchronous (Virtual) Classes
Steps to Attend a Training Session:
Through the educational platform, trainees can attend live training sessions. Sessions are scheduled in a calendar and appear to trainees at the specified time. An invitation is sent to the trainee via the registered email.
After logging in to the platform, all notifications will appear at the top left of the screen, allowing them to join the session. Training
