It is concerned with developing the skills of halal food auditors according to the standard specification GSO 2055-2.
The main objective of the program is to train and qualify halal food auditors and certification bodies, based on the Gulf Standardization Standard GSO 2055-2. The program aims to achieve detailed objectives that include explaining the accreditation requirements stipulated in the standard, identifying the documents and data necessary to prove compliance, and clarifying auditing principles and their applications. The training also includes understanding the various types of auditing and knowing the determinants of each type, in addition to implementing audit operations and taking the necessary corrective measures.
General goal
