Integrity Policy

The Halal Global Training Center is committed to applying the highest standards of integrity, impartiality, and transparency in all its activities and procedures, and to ensuring the prevention of any form of conflict of interest that may affect objectivity and credibility. The Center is also committed to reviewing such cases and taking the necessary measures to ensure the continued impartiality and integrity of all operations.

Commitments:

·      Top management confirms its full commitment to maintaining impartiality in all training, examinations, and certification activities, ensuring that decisions are fair and free from any influence.

·      Training activities and certification functions are kept strictly separate, and no individual involved in training shall participate in certification decisions, in order to avoid any conflict of interest.

·      The Center is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all information, including candidate data, training records, and assessment results, and shall not disclose such information to any unauthorized party.

·      Certification decisions are made by individuals independent of training and assessment delivery, ensuring impartiality at all times.

·      The Center maintains a process to identify, review, and manage risks to impartiality, with documentation of actions taken to control or eliminate such risks.

·      In the event of a violation of integrity rules or failure to disclose a conflict of interest, the Center will take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include removal from activities, suspension, or termination.

·      All services are provided fairly and are open to all individuals without discrimination based on gender, religion, nationality, or other factors.

·      This policy is communicated to all employees, trainers, assessors, and partners, and is considered part of their obligations to ensure full understanding and compliance.

·      This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure its continued effectiveness and is updated as needed in line with best practices and international standards.

·      The Center maintains records of all Declarations of Commitment to Approved Policies, conflict of interest reviews, and actions taken, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Implementation Procedures:

·      All parties are required to sign the Declaration of Commitment to Approved Policies before participating in any activity related to training, assessment, or certification.

·      Any disclosed or identified conflict of interest shall be evaluated, and appropriate actions shall be taken, such as reassignment of tasks or exclusion of the concerned party when necessary.

Responsibilities:

·      Top Management: Monitor the implementation of this policy and review it periodically.

·      Assessors and Trainers: Adhere to integrity requirements and disclose any personal interests that may affect the objectivity of decisions or processes.

·      Employees and Collaborators: Fully comply with this policy in all their activities.

·      Integrity commitments shall be reviewed periodically, and procedures shall be updated as needed to ensure their ongoing effectiveness.
