Training Program Description:
The adoption of a management system, such as an environmental management system, quality management system, or information security management system, in an organization is one of the means that provides assurance that the organization has implemented a system to manage the relevant aspects of its activities, products, and services, in accordance with the organization's policy and the requirements of the relevant international management system standard.
General Objective:
This training program aims to provide participants with an understanding of the requirements for bodies that provide audit and certification of management systems, as specified in ISO/IEC 17021. The standard provides general requirements for these bodies that perform audits and certifications in the fields of quality, environment, and other types of management systems.
